We both love Sushi & have an awesome local place (Hana Sushi) just a couple of miles from home. The food not only tastes good but, is presented like a work of art. One of our favourites is the Sweet Shrimp (or Live Shrimp).
Sweet Shrimp
They kill the shrimp in front of you, and serve the tails fresh over rice with a drop of caviar on top, & then deep fry the heads. You can see both in the picture above. The tails are served on a bed of cucumber over an upturned Martini glass, with a drape of daikon radish & beetroot. You eat the heads, eyes and all.....Yum!!
